Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your KershKicks account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items back in their original shoe box or packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and pack them securely inside an outer shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, making sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our authentication team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
